Take a seat

Ride the bus.

Five regulars. One bus. Two stops a week between now and UNBOUND 2026 — and one of the seats is yours. Bring what you actually think about UNBOUND or the HubSpot ecosystem. An hour, live, no script. No prep deck. No slide count. Just the conversation and the open road.

The show

We let the week lead

There is no rundown, and that is on purpose. HubSpot doesn't ship on a schedule that suits a format — something lands on a Tuesday, and by Wednesday morning everyone has a reaction and nobody has had time to sand it into a talking point yet. That hour is the show.

What your hour is actually for

Less about the platform than about the trip. These sessions are their own thing:

  • Your road to UNBOUNDFirst time, or your ninth.
  • What UNBOUND means to youYours, not the keynote definition.
  • What you are blockingAnd what you want to come home able to do.
  • The social part nobody admits toFour days of being on is a lot. Consider this the warm-up.
  • The rule you are glad to be breakingThe old way of working you are finally done with.
  • How far you are comingAnd what would make the trip worth it.

You do not need to pick one — most people find their thing three minutes in. And you do not have to stay the whole hour: people drop in, say their piece and get back to their day.

What each of these means →

Your voice, in the room

Most of what gets said about HubSpot comes from people with a stage or something to sell. The ones actually running portals say the sharpest thing of the week in a Slack thread, where it is gone by Friday.

Here your read is the point — no deck, no pitch, nothing to earn first. It goes out as an episode and clips with your name on them. A good point in a thread disappears; a good point on the record travels.

If you are an Unbound Insider, someone already decided your perspective was worth having. This is somewhere to use it, in your own words, before anyone gets to Boston.

After you ride

You did the fun part

The rest comes to you. No chasing anyone for the video, no cutting your own clips, no working out what to post — that is our job, and it is the part most shows quietly leave to the guest.

Your episode page

One link with the video, the clips, the transcript and copy you can post as written. Send it to your team, drop it in a channel, or keep it as the thing that proves you were there.

And before it, a page for the stop itself

Every stop has its own page — the date in your own clock, a calendar hold, and a post written for you to copy. Share it once you have a seat.

In your inbox that afternoon

  • Clips, already cut — nothing for you to edit
  • The transcript
  • Social posts written and ready to send

Still join — just pick your own hour

Neither standing stop has to be the one. Tell us when you could actually make it and we will record around your week instead of asking you to rearrange it — same hosts, same bus, your hour.

II

Or send a recording instead

No call at all. Film it on your phone in one take and it goes in as you said it. Two shapes work:

  • About 30 seconds — one question, one answer, cut together with other insiders’.
  • One to two minutes — one thought, its own cut, your name on it.
How to record it →

Send it to casey.hawkins@valuefirstteam.com, or say hello there first if you would rather ask a question before filming.

Also

Another way to ride

Joining a recording is the main way in — that is where the conversation actually happens, and where you end up on an episode with the hosts rather than beside it. But if neither stop works, or a live call is simply not your thing, there are two ways round it.

Put your hand up →

Same hosts. Same bus. Your week.

Three paths

How to get a seat

1

Someone on the bus flags you

The most direct path. One of the five hosts — Chris, Rob, George, Casey, or Kyle — has been paying attention to you and reaches out. If that happens, say yes. The invitation means something.

2

Apply through the form

Fill out the guest application and tell us what you've been paying attention to. Applications are reviewed weekly. We'll reach out when the timing and topic fit where the bus is headed.

3

Show up in the conversation

The bus has a tail. Post something genuine about UNBOUND or HubSpot. Engage with what the hosts are saying in public. Guests often emerge from people who were already in the conversation — no DM required.
